The Board welcomes new Podiatry Accreditation Committee members

The Podiatry Board of Australia (the Board) welcomes two new members and the reappointment of four inaugural members to the Podiatry Accreditation Committee (the Committee).

The Committee has been undertaking the accreditation functions for the podiatry profession since 1 July 2019. The terms of the inaugural Committee members are due to end on 30 June 2022.

Following a successful expression of interest and selection process, the Podiatry Board of Australia (the Board) is pleased to announce the appointments to the Committee, which are for a term of three years commencing 1 July 2022.

The following members have been reappointed:

• Dr Meeuwis Boelen (reappointed as the Chair)
• Ms Alison Bell (appointed as Deputy Chair)
• Professor Vivienne Chuter
• Mr Mark Gilheany

The following new members have been appointed:

• Dr Ryan Causby
• Dr Peta Tehan

The Board congratulates the members on their appointment to the Committee.

The Board would like to acknowledge and thank outgoing members Dr Sara Jones and Dr Lloyd Reed for their valuable contribution and commitment to the work of the inaugural Committee over the past three years.
