You can apply for registration and renew your registration online in the Ahpra portal.
Set up or log in to your portal to start an application, update your contact details, request a certificate of good standing or certificate of registration. If you need to change your principal place of practice or tell us about a notifiable event you can do so in the portal.

Graduates of approved programs of study need to be registered with the Medical Radiation Practice Board of Australia (the Board) before they can start working as a medical radiation practitioner.
If you’re about to finish your course, you can apply for registration now. The first step is to set up your Ahpra portal and link multifactor authentication.
Once you've submitted your application, you can track its assessment in your portal.
