2011 12 28 Policy on Endorsement of Scheduled Medicines

The Podiatry Board has implemented a policy on Log Sheets for the Endorsement of Scheduled Medicines.

There has been no change to the requirements for Log Sheets for an endorsement for scheduled medicines; however the policy provides additional guidance and further clarity to assist podiatrists and supervisors in relation to the Board’s requirements for Log Sheets for the purpose of an endorsement for scheduled medicines.
